Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

• Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 2–3 working days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to weekends, public holidays, weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery & Product Checking

Please follow these guidelines when receiving your order:

• Check the product in front of the delivery person before accepting the delivery.
• Check the product and package for any visible damage, leakage, broken seal, or other issues.
• If you notice a problem, inform the delivery person immediately.
• Do not open the product or package seal if you intend to return it.
• Once the product or package has been opened, it will not be eligible for return.

Return Policy

If you receive a product with a visible problem, damage, or other issue, please return it immediately to the delivery person at the time of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted after:

• The product or package has been opened.
• The product has been used.
• The product seal has been broken.
• The product was accepted without reporting a visible issue during delivery.

Important Notice

Customers are requested to carefully inspect their products before accepting the delivery. Once the product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned under this policy.
