1. Campaign Overview

“Shop & Win Cox's Bazar” is a promotional campaign organized by Glossy Glow for eligible customers who make qualifying online purchases through the official Glossy Glow website during the campaign period.

Eligible customers will receive campaign entries according to these Terms & Conditions and will have the opportunity to be selected as the Lucky Winner through a random lucky draw.

The selected winner will receive a 3 Days / 2 Nights Cox's Bazar Tour, subject to the prize terms below.

2. Campaign Eligibility

1. The campaign is open to eligible customers residing in Bangladesh.
2. Customers must make a qualifying purchase through the official Glossy Glow website during the campaign period.
3. The minimum qualifying purchase amount is ৳999.
4. Only successfully confirmed and eligible orders will be considered.
5. Customers must provide accurate and valid contact information when placing an order.
6. Glossy Glow employees and persons directly involved in administering the campaign may be excluded from participation.

3. How to Participate

1. Visit the official Glossy Glow website.
2. Select your preferred beauty and cosmetics products.
3. Place a qualifying online order of at least ৳999.
4. Complete the order successfully.
5. Your eligible order will be considered for the campaign.
6. Eligible entries will be included in the lucky draw.
7. One eligible participant will be selected as the Lucky Winner.

4. Campaign Entry Rules

1. Each qualifying online order = 1 campaign entry.
2. A customer may receive multiple entries by placing multiple qualifying orders, subject to the campaign rules.
3. Each order must independently meet the minimum qualifying purchase amount.
4. Cancelled, rejected, fraudulent, duplicate, refunded or returned orders will not qualify.
5. Orders that are not successfully completed may be excluded from the campaign.
6. Campaign eligibility does not guarantee that a customer will win the prize.

5. Campaign Entry ID

1. Glossy Glow may issue a unique Campaign Entry ID for each eligible order.
2. Customers should keep their Campaign Entry ID until the winner has been announced and verified.
3. The Campaign Entry ID may be used for winner verification.
4. Possession of an Entry ID does not guarantee winning the prize.

6. Prize

7. Transportation

1. The prize includes transportation between Dhaka and Cox's Bazar.
2. The transportation method, departure time and return schedule will be determined by Glossy Glow.
3. Local transportation within Cox's Bazar is not included.
4. Transportation expenses outside the stated prize arrangement will be the winner's responsibility.
5. Glossy Glow does not guarantee a specific transport company, vehicle, seat or departure time unless specifically stated in writing.

8. Hotel Accommodation

1. The prize includes 2 nights of hotel accommodation.
2. The hotel will be selected by Glossy Glow based on availability and the campaign prize arrangement.
3. Room category will be determined by Glossy Glow.
4. Additional hotel services are not included unless specifically stated.
5. Minibar, room service, laundry, spa, premium services and other personal hotel expenses are excluded.

9. Meals

1. Meals included in the prize will be provided according to the final tour arrangement.
2. The type, number and timing of included meals will be determined by Glossy Glow.
3. Additional food, beverages, premium meals and personal food expenses are not included unless specifically stated.

10. Local Transportation & Sightseeing

Local transportation within Cox's Bazar is not included in the prize.

Sightseeing, entertainment, activities, entry fees and other local tourism expenses are also not included unless specifically confirmed by Glossy Glow.

11. Companion Policy

1. The prize is awarded to 10 Lucky Winner.
2. Companion travel expenses are not included.
3. If the winner wishes to travel with a companion, all additional expenses will be the winner's responsibility.
4. Companion arrangements will be subject to hotel and transportation availability.
5. Glossy Glow is not obligated to provide accommodation, transportation or meals for a companion.

12. Travel Date

1. The travel date will be determined by Glossy Glow.
2. The winner cannot demand a specific travel date.
3. Travel arrangements will depend on hotel, transportation and other relevant availability.
4. If the winner is unable to travel on the scheduled date, Glossy Glow may, at its discretion, offer an alternative date or declare the prize forfeited.
5. Any additional cost caused by the winner's personal change of plan will be the winner's responsibility.

13. Winner Selection

1. After the campaign ends, Glossy Glow will prepare a list of eligible entries.
2. Invalid, cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries will be removed.
3. The winner will be selected through a random lucky draw from the eligible entries.
4. The selected winner must successfully complete the verification process before the prize is confirmed.
5. If the selected entry is found to be invalid, another eligible entry may be selected as the replacement winner.

14. Winner Notification

The winner may be contacted using the information provided during the purchase/order process.

Glossy Glow may contact the winner through:

• Phone Call
• WhatsApp
• SMS
• Email

The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification.

If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the specified period, Glossy Glow may select a replacement winner.

15. Winner Verification

The selected winner may be required to provide:

• Full Name
• Mobile Number
• Order ID
• Campaign Entry ID
• Valid identification document
• Other information reasonably required for prize verification and travel arrangements

If the information provided does not match the eligible order/customer record, the entry may be disqualified.

16. Winner Announcement

Glossy Glow may announce the winner through its official communication channels, including its website and social media platforms.

The winner may be identified using the winner's name, first name or partially masked name, and/or a partially masked Campaign Entry ID, subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements.

17. Winner Photo & Video

With the winner's consent, Glossy Glow may create and publish campaign-related content including winner announcements, photographs, videos, reactions, travel content and testimonials on its website and official marketing/social media channels.

18. Order Cancellation, Return & Refund

A campaign entry may become invalid if the corresponding order is cancelled, refused, returned, fully refunded, identified as fraudulent or not successfully completed.

If a qualifying order is later cancelled, returned or refunded, Glossy Glow reserves the right to remove the associated campaign entry.

19. Fraudulent or Abusive Activity

Glossy Glow reserves the right to disqualify any entry associated with fake orders, false information, fraudulent transactions, duplicate/fake accounts, automated activity, system manipulation, promotional abuse or any attempt to obtain an unfair advantage.

20. Prize Transfer & Cash Alternative

1. The prize cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
2. The winner cannot demand cash instead of the tour.
3. The prize cannot be transferred to another person without prior written approval from Glossy Glow.
4. Glossy Glow is not required to provide an alternative prize of equal monetary value unless it decides otherwise.

21. Personal Expenses

The following expenses are not included unless specifically stated:

• Personal shopping
• Additional meals
• Additional hotel nights
• Room service
• Minibar
• Laundry
• Personal entertainment
• Local transportation
• Sightseeing expenses
• Activity/entry fees
• Companion expenses
• Additional travel expenses
• Other personal or incidental expenses

22. Customer Information

Customers may be required to provide information necessary for order processing, campaign administration, campaign entry verification, winner selection, winner notification, travel arrangements and customer support.

Glossy Glow will handle customer information according to its applicable privacy practices and policies.

23. Customer Responsibility

Participants are responsible for providing accurate name, mobile number, email address where applicable, delivery information and order information.

Customers are also responsible for maintaining access to the phone number/WhatsApp account used for the order.

24. Campaign Changes

Subject to applicable law, Glossy Glow reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to modify the campaign period, campaign mechanics, eligibility requirements, winner announcement date, travel arrangements, or to suspend or cancel the campaign.

Any significant change will be communicated through official Glossy Glow communication channels.

25. Travel Disruption / Force Majeure

If the trip cannot take place as planned due to circumstances beyond Glossy Glow's reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruption, government restrictions, public safety issues, hotel availability or travel restrictions, Glossy Glow may reschedule the trip or make reasonable alternative arrangements.

26. No Guarantee of Winning

Making a qualifying purchase does not guarantee that the customer will win.

The prize will be awarded only to the participant selected through the official lucky draw and successfully verified by Glossy Glow.

28. Final Decision

Subject to applicable law, Glossy Glow's decision regarding eligibility, order validation, campaign entry validation, winner verification and prize administration will be final for purposes of administering this campaign.

29. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Glossy Glow Shop & Win Cox's Bazar Campaign, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
